The leptonic mixing parameters of high precision and the next-generation neutrino telescopes make it possible to test new physics in flavor transition high-energy astrophysical neutrinos (HAN). We introduce a nonsymmetric matrix modify predictions standard matrix. It is constructed with vacuum that at source HAN. mismatch matrices results expectation ratio HAN Earth. also leads secondary effect called apparent P violation (APV). quantitative analyses effects are performed moderate setup correlations between shown. From correlations, dominant determining new-physics identified.
